A. Community Terms of Service

1. These terms apply to your use of 3DDrawings.
2. You are solely responsible for your conduct, content, and compliance with these terms.
3. By registering, using, or browsing 3DDrawings, you agree to these terms.
4. Minimum age for usage and browsing is 16 years.
5. Additional terms apply for downloading data.
6. 3DDrawings operates in real-time; we cannot immediately control or monitor all submitted posts.
7. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or form of individual posts.
8. Each author is solely responsible for their post.

B. Portal Terms of Use

1. Contract Subject Matter

• Free database use and CAD file downloads within fair use policy.
• For business customers only; minimum age 16 years.
• Online access provided for research and data retrieval.
• Use limited to CAD and BIM designs; database replication prohibited.

2. Customer Data Use and Data Protection

• Usage and billing data recorded and saved as legally allowed.
• Customers have right to free information about their saved data.
• Data may be shared with manufacturers and third parties for specified purposes.
• Data transfer permitted for commercial use upon acceptance of Terms.

3. Guarantee

• No liability for database access or data availability.
• No guarantee for data accuracy, completeness, or usability.
• No warranty for issues from customer's equipment or improper use.

4. Liability

• Free use at customer's own risk.
• Provider liable only for gross negligence or essential contract breaches.
• No liability for consequential damages from third-party data use.

5. Terms of Use

All rights reserved to database provider. Customer may search, save, and print data for personal use only.

Prohibited uses include:

1. Systematic collection or new database creation
2. Additional copying for commercial purposes
3. Unauthorized distribution to third parties
4. Unauthorized alteration of data
5. Distribution to competitors

6. Special Provisions for Information Brokers

May pass research results to clients under specific conditions.

7. Technical Specifications

• Customer responsible for connection to provider's servers.
• Provider may conduct maintenance, potentially causing disturbances.

8. Customer Obligations

• Prevent unauthorized access to database or copies.
• Use database appropriately and protect data privacy.
• Report misuse or defects to provider.

C. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

• All legal relations subject to Italian law.
• Court of jurisdiction: Bergamo, Italy.
